Rise Pathway App

An app that allows young people with behavioural difficulties to get help and develop skills in their areas of weakness.

The Project

We were given the task to create an app that helps young people with behavioural difficulties to make small improvements each day.

The idea was for the young people to have a system that they could interact with daily, that would be engaging and empowering across various fields of behaviour, such as, communication, adaptation, etc

Our Solution

The Rise Pathway app offers features such as daily check-ins, daily challenges, journaling, mentor communication, progress tracking, and so on. And the UI/UX of the app has been purposefully created to be child friendly and easy to use.
